My Gallery of stories and art.

WELCOME!

What we paint matters. What we feel matters. My journey into creativity began in 2019, inspired by the challenges of living with chronic illness. Exploring creativity became a real way to heal, explore, and share a world beyond limitations, transforming my experience into something beautiful and meaningful.

I have taught natural healing modalities for over 20 years and one of the things I have always said is that healing ripples out, in ways we cannot understand or quantify. I don’t teach as much as I used to due to the limitations of chronic illness; however the pieces that I create are a different way to pass on my healing expertise, and my years of experience in holistic modalities. Each stroke holds my deepest dreams of peace, health, abundance, and wonder, and that transfers to anyone that witnesses them. Its one more way to spread joy, and healing vibration in a global way.

I never even believed I would have art collectors, sell art, or run a new business. It is because of my dedication to my own wellness and vitality, and your interest in your own healing that this dream I didn’t know I had, has come true. Thank you all!

Funky Buddha $320 SOLD

This piece was a completely new way for me to paint. You can view the prayers and mantras that are under the final layers of paint. My painting process is deeply connected to my spirituality and is a way for me to offer healing to more and more people through my original art and prints.

Buddha Blue$480 SOLD

What can I even say about this piece? He stayed with me in my studio for almost a year and to date is one of my very favorite pieces. He has an energy of peace and grounding that fills up the space.

He was a breakthrough piece for me and the beginning of a new style of painting and a new era to my own art making experience. He is truly a cherished piece of art by me and his owner. I hope that you find a beautiful state of peace when you purchase a print.

Quan Yin Blush $480 SOLD

She’s just dreamy, isn’t she? Quan Yin Blush was a flood of color and energy. This multimedia piece was created with ink, foil, and finished with oils. She is by far the most popular piece at this point and received the most queries of any piece I have completed to date. She is in a state of grace and centeredness as energy, color, and the world swirls all around her. She is a great reminder of grace in the face of adversity. Strength wrapped in an elegant ethereal ribbon of color. I am excited to hear what you think when you receive your own print.

Bear Spirit $320.00 SOLD

Bear Spirit is full of courage and power. This is a really fun way to paint animals and there is an Animal Spirit series planned. This is a 16 x 20 inch oil painting done on canvas board.

As I a searched for a subject for this school assignment I came across the story of Scarface, a bear that lived in Yellowstone. What I felt connected to was the fact that he lived for 25 years, he had one of the biggest recorded territories traveling hundreds of miles each year. He was shot and killed in an apparent self defense bear versus man incident.

He was a king. He was a massive bundle of power, courage, and determination. He was top of the food chain and a warrior taking, claiming and defending his territory.

He is truly amazing in person. And the bold bravery comes right through his eyes as his gaze pierces your soul. You can also find him in the shop waiting for you. If you would like to buy his original image, please e-mail me at tara@tapintocreativitynow.com

Sloth Spirit $320.00 On Hold

Sloth Spirit was created as I weathered Hurricane Milton alone. It was the first hurricane that I have ever prepared for and weathered on my own, along with my animals. This painting brings me great joy.

During the hurricane I realized I was never really alone, and if I got too lonely I could always paint a friend. He is truly wonderful as a companion and he comes right off the canvas to hang out with you!
